Registered Domiciliary Care Manager – Newham area - £28k - £30k per annum
Our highly regarded client, based in the Newham area is now looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager who has already achieved their level 5 or equivalent. You will need to have a proven track record within Domiciliary Care and at management level. Our client is looking for a confident, professional manager who has excellent knowledge of the CQC regs and who has exceptionally high standards of care and who is passionate about quality care delivery and customer service. This is a well-established business with a full team of highly dedicated staff who work together well creating a happy and warm environment. This role may suit an experienced Deputy Domiciliary Care Manager who is looking for the next step up!
This is a full time permanent position where you will manage branch operations ensuring staff recruitment is ongoing and where you continue to develop your staff further. You will need to be very approachable, cheerful, enthusiastic, well-motivated and have a positive energetic approach to your job and be able to work to deadlines. You will need to have good IT skills and be a car owner/driver. Excellent communication skills are needed both verbally and written, also required will be managing the on call rota’s with your team, have good experience of overseeing the planning of care staff weekly rota’s, liaising with service user families and NHS services. You will need strong leadership skills and management skills, good experience with CQC inspections and an ability to prioritise an ever changing work load.
