Options for Private Clients

Care Vacancy is a specialist Health and Social Care Recruitment Company and we are able to support you when recruiting a PA or Personal Care Assistant. We offer a variety of recruitment support packages to help you find the right person to assist and support you in your own home with help with personal care, preparing and cooking meals, housework, companionship and to take you to appointments including shopping trips and any other social events you may wish to attend.

Our professional and caring recruitment approach can offer you an easy and supported service ensuring you feel comfortable throughout the recruitment process. We will be delighted to write the job advert for you if you wish, as we have many years of experience of recruiting the best people in care for clients and we know how to attract genuine interest from candidates that have good experience and qualifications in Health & Social Care.  We can also check each CV that comes to us from candidates before sending them onto you, so ensuring you only receive applications from the best candidates. Also, if you need more help and support with selecting your Personal Assistant/Carer then we are happy to join you in your own home to and interview candidates with you.  Please see below the options available to you.

Option 1 – Recruitment advert only - £99 – 28 day Service.

  • You send us your recruitment advert wording by email and we post the advert onto our Care Vacancy website.
  • We receive all applications and forward the CV’s on to you by email as candidates apply.

Option 2 – Recruitment advert with telephone interview Service - £199 – 28 day Service.

  • We write your job advert for you if required.
  • We will contact all relevant applicants by telephone and conduct an initial telephone interview before forwarding suitable candidate CV’s onto you by email.

Option 3 – Complete package -  Recruitment advert + Telephone interviewing and Onsite Interview Support visit. Please contact us for more details.

  • We will contact all relevant applicants by telephone and conduct an initial telephone interview before forwarding suitable CV’s to you by email for your consideration.
  • We then arrange a telephone conversation between yourself and your selected candidates prior to a face to face interview/meeting.
  • We will arrange and coordinate interviews with your selected candidates.
  • On interview day we can be present with you in your own home to support and assist you with the face to face candidate interviews.
