Permanent Recruitment – 28 day Advertising and Candidate Screening Service

Option 1

Advert and Candidate Filtering Service - £249+vat

  • Advertise your company branded vacancy on our website for 28 days. When we advertise your vacancies on our network of over 150 job boards and aggregators, we act on your behalf and you are our client.
  • We receive application CV’s from all sources and forward to you daily by email.
  • We open every CV to ensure relevancy, qualifications and location prior to forwarding on to you.
  • We can also forward your application forms to candidates to complete and return to you.

Option 2

Advert Plus Candidate Telephone Screening Service + CV Searching - £349+vat

Everything as per Option 1, plus all applications contacted by telephone prior to sending on to you. We ask candidates up to six screening questions and only send you candidates who meet your criteria. We also search CV databases for relevant passive candidates and make contact directly to promote your vacancies.

We will attempt to make contact with each candidate by telephone up to five times over a period of five working days from date of application. When we have spoken to a candidate and they have passed your screening questions, we will then forward you their CV.

Example Screening Question for Domiciliary Care Workers:

  • Do you have your own car so you can visit vulnerable people in their own homes at set times?
  • Are you able to work early mornings, evenings and alternate weekends?
  • Do you have any care experience, either paid or have you cared for a sick relative?

There is nothing to pay up front for our permanent recruitment advertising and support services. Our payment terms are 30 days from invoice date.
