Domiciliary Care Registered Manager - £35000 to £40000 per annum
Haslemere Homecare Limited is a well-established, family run business focused on delivering the highest quality care to adults in their own homes. Our current client base is within a 15 mile radius of central Haslemere.
Reporting to the company directors, as a registered domiciliary care manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of care delivery to our service users. You will have a minimum of NVQ4 / RMA and at least 2 years domiciliary experience in a managerial role. You will have an in depth knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures.
You will be dedicated to delivering the highest quality care to our service users whilst retaining a business focus. You will have excellent communication, planning and organisation skills and be able to work under pressure. You will have good IT skills and ideally experience with Quikplan rostering.
You will be motivated and energetic with and a sound understanding of care principals and the ability to display empathy and warmth. You must have proven team management skills and the ability to "hit the ground running".
You will be responsible for the following:-
- Planning & production of Staff rotas
- Liaison with the CQC, Local Authorities & District Nurses
- Staff training, wellbeing & supervisions
- Carer recruitment
- Invoice preparation
- Service User Assessments & Reviews and Care plan evaluation.
- You will also be expected to assist with "on-call" duties as part of a round robin and provide emergency care calls when required.
