£20,302 - £22,910 PRO RATA
An opportunity has arisen to join the Mental Health Medical Administration as a Medical Records Officer on 11.5 hours per week worked in the afternoon, days are negotiable.
Knowledge of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment)(Scotland) Act 2003 would be an advantage.
You will have a high level of office practice skills, have knowledge of medical terminology and be proficient in the use of office software and patient information systems (such as Microsoft Office, e-mail, Hospital Intranet, TrakCare PMS, Candidates must be self-motivated and possess excellent organisational, communication and problem solving skills.
Audio typing skills would be an advantage. The ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as individually is essential.
