HR Advisor/Consultant – Health & Social Care – South of England - £30-38kper annum + Benefits

Our client, an expanding highly regarded care provider is now looking to recruit an HR Advisor/Consultant to join their senior management team. This exciting new position will be home based, you will work closely with the Operations team, Managers and MD ensuring HR legalities are adhered to. Essentially you will have a background within the Health & Social care sector, have experience with TUPE, staff disciplinary’s and grievances.

This is an excellent, exciting opportunity to join this quality driven care provider as they move forward into the next stage of development. A well established and CQC highly regarded care provider who have Extra Care Schemes and Domiciliary care located in the South of the Country. Ideally you will based within the South-East to be able to visit and support multiple sites within this area, Devon through to East London, please be aware there may be some overnight stays away from home. You will need to have excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, be a car driver, be flexible, very approachable and have a cheerful welcoming approach to all you work with.

You will need excellent IT skills, be well organised and be able to plan ahead with key strategies in place and meeting company objectives going forward. You will need to have achieved your level 5 in leadership & management or equivalent.

Our client is looking for an HR advisor who can support change as the business develops further and who can guide and support managers through staff disciplinary stages where needed.
