Hays are proud to be representing our Belfast based clients as they look to recruit a new HR Advisor on a 9 - 12 months basis. This role is providing maternity cover within a well known, reputable organisation.
Your new role
You will be working within an HR Team, assisting with efficient and effective running of the Human Resources Department across the different departments of the organisation. You will be handling the day to day running of the department, including Recruitment and Selection; Employment Queries; Change Management; Performance Management; as well as General HR Duties.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in conducting Disciplinary and Grievances investigations.
Strong knowledge of NI Employment Law
Successful experience in Employee Relations
CIPD Qualified/Part Qualified
Third Level Qualification in HR/Business related discipline
Previous experience in an HR Advisory Role
*FULL CLEAN DRIVERS LICENCE REQUIRED
