Care Supervisor/Coordinator – Woking Area - £22-24k + Bonus
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding quality driven Domiciliary Care provider based in the Woking area. Our lovely client is growing fast and is now looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator who has excellent experience, knowledge and skills of working within the Domiciliary care sector. Ideally you will need to be qualified to NVQ 3 level or equivalent, have experience of planning care staff rota’s, taking on new care packages, liaising with care managers, GP/NHS services, external agencies, families and colleagues, have a cheerful and approachable attitude to your work, be motivated and have strong leadership skills. You will of course need good knowledge of the CQC regs and care standards and be passionate about high quality care. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are necessary with the ability to be able to prioritise in a fast moving environment. This is a very rewarding and varied job where you are making a real difference to people’s lives.
You will need to be a car owner/driver as you will be also covering some on call duties, delivering care to service users, monitoring care staff for quality and good time keeping, carrying out risk assessments, reviews, ensuring care plans are kept up to date. You will also hold team meetings with staff and work closely with the MD and owner of this business ensuring that together the business develops further by recruiting staff, supporting and valuing staff and developing staff potential for further career development.
